Announcement of the Appointment of Service Provider for Outreach Support
Services and Other Related Services for Minority Owners Affected by Compulsory Sale Cases
We are pleased to announce that The Pentecostal Church Lutheran Church of Hong Kong (“PCHK”) was
appointed as the service provider for the Support Service Centre for Minority Owners under
Compulsory Sale ("Support Centre") for one year starting from July 2026 to assist the Support Centre
in providing outreach support services to minority owners affected by cases under the Land
(Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.
Its services include promotion and public education to enhance the understandings of the public, old
building owners, and minority owners affected by compulsory sales regarding private property
acquisition activities and the compulsory sale application mechanism. For further inquiries about
