  The Support Service Centre for Minority Owners under Compulsory Sale will hold a public seminar titled "Understanding Compulsory Sale Seminar, Comprehensive Content on Compulsory Sale, Mediation, Acquisition and Joint Sale" on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Building Rehabilitation Resource Centre, Room 201 & 202, 2/F, eResidence, 8 Hok Yuen Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon. Property owners affected by private developers' acquisition or compulsory sales and citizens interested in understanding the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance are welcome to attend. Participants can either attend in person or join via Zoom. The seminar is free of charge (seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis).
