Services for Minority Owners under Compulsory Sale
published a “Guide to Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance (Cap. 545)” (“the Guide”)
in December 2024, which introduces the compulsory sale regime after the effective of the
amendments to the LCSRO from 6 December 2024 onwards. The contents of the Guide may be revised
from time to time as necessary. The current version of the Guide, which was finalised in December
2024, can be downloaded here(Chinese version only).
