Referral lists of professional / expert services for litigation

We are aware that minority owners affected by compulsory sale applications may proceed to litigation after unsuccessful attempts on mediation with the applicant of the compulsory sale application. The Support Service Centre for Minority Owners under Compulsory Sale will provide referral lists of legal and surveying services to facilitate the minority owners in handling the litigation. Minority owners can choose by themselves the referred professional services that meet their needs. Minority owners may also select services provided by other professional service providers not on the referral lists or may select to remain unrepresented in their compulsory sale cases. The provision of the referral lists is free of charge
