For minority owners / tenants affected by compulsory sale applications



• Preliminary professional advisory services (provided by volunteer lawyers and surveyors)
• Information sessions on mediation (provided by the Integrated Mediation Office of the Judiciary)
• Assistance in arranging mediation meetings (including provision of the referral list of mediators) and provision of partial subsidy of mediation fee
• Independent valuation reports on subject property and lot
• Referral lists of professional / expert services for litigation
• (after completion of compulsory sale application) Assistance in finding alternative accommodation and relocation (service provided by a designated non-governmental organization to minority owners and tenants affected by compulsory sale applications)
• Emotional and counselling support services (provided by a designated non-governmental organization)
